Canine Brucellosis blood test - Negative result by licensed veterinarian

As of January, 2021: Breeding Female must have OFA Hip Certifications (Good to Excellent), Elbow Certifications (Normal), and Eye Certifications (Normal). Negative EIC, CNM, PRA, CMS, Systinuria Type 1-A, DM, HNPK, HUU, Narcolepsy, PKDef, PRCD, SD2, XLMTM, and Dilution (D/D) by genetic testing (UC Davis Labrador Panel 2 or equivalent). 

A litter consists of three puppies, if less, the stud fee is $400 per puppy

Boarding fee of $45 per day for kenneling your female for breeding

Female must be current on all vaccinations & preventatives (DA2P, Leptospirosis, Rabies, Canine Influenza, Bordetella, Heartworm Preventative, and Flea Preventative).
