"Johnny" has now been bred to our NAHRA Hunting Retriever Champion! Litter is due September 2. These should be "Deluxe Duck Dogs." Check out the litter here.

Raeleen Gile Obedience & Puppy Head Start Trainer/ Puppy Care
Jeff has been working at Hightest since May. He is a "jack of all trades," from throwing birds for the gun dogs to trimming trees. If the Hightest kennel & grounds look especially good when you arrive, it is due to Jeff's hard work.
Raeleen joined the Hightest training team in July. She works with the Obedience and Puppy Head Start dogs.

Hightest Dog Featured on the 09-10 California Upland Game Stamp
Joanne Graham’s portrait of “Hightest Tar” was chosen for the California Upland Game Stamp this year. Tar was sired by FC Hightest CC Waterback and his dam was Hightest Misty Mouse. Tar was a littermate to “Hightest Hailey’s Comet” who was the co-star on Billy Gianquintos TV show “Ducks with Billy and Buck”. Roger Benadom an avid outdoorsman, active supporter of California Waterfowl Association and long time Hightest customer was the breeder. What an honor to have produced two such famous dogs. Both dogs passed on this year. We are honored to have these two fine retrievers carry the Hightest name.
